- Anyone can generate [email protected]. Mail Finder checks the address actually accepts mail before showing it to you, and gives it a confidence score.
- Some domains accept mail for any address, so a single mailbox can’t be confirmed there. Those results say “Deliverable” with a note, and an address we can’t confirm says “Best guess”, never passed off as certain.

How do I find someone’s email address?
Install Mail Finder, a free email finder for Chrome, and use one of three searches: open their LinkedIn profile and click “Find email”, type their name and their company’s domain into the popup, or search the company domain to see the people we can find there. You get their work email address, verified for deliverability, with a confidence score.
Is Mail Finder free?
Yes. Installing is free, and a free Mailsumo account comes with 25 email lookups a month, with every result verified and no credit card. Premium starts at 500 emails a month for $9.99 a month billed yearly ($24.99 month to month), and goes up to 25,000 emails a month.
How do I find someone’s email on LinkedIn?
With Mail Finder installed, open the person’s LinkedIn profile and click the “Find email” button it adds under their name. It reads their name and company, works out their work address, checks it’s deliverable and copies it to your clipboard, without leaving the page.
How do I find all the email addresses at a company?
Open the Mail Finder popup, choose Company and enter the company’s domain, such as northwind.co. You see the people we can find there, with their job titles and their addresses masked. Tick the ones you want and save them: the addresses are revealed, verified, and saved to your dashboard.
Are the email addresses verified?
Every address is checked for deliverability before you see it, and each result carries a confidence score. Verification is included and never costs extra. An address we can’t confirm is labelled “Best guess” rather than passed off as certain.
What is a catch-all email domain?
A catch-all domain accepts mail sent to any address at that domain, so no one can confirm a single mailbox there. Mail Finder still shows these results as “Deliverable”, with a note that a bounce is a little more likely.
What is a credit?
One credit is one email address found. A credit is spent only when we actually find something: searches that come back empty are free. Credits reset at the start of each billing period and don’t roll over.
Do I need an account?
Yes. Lookups run against your Mailsumo account, so your credits and results follow you between devices. Signing up is free and comes with 25 lookups a month.
Where are my results saved?
In your Mailsumo dashboard, alongside everything Email Extractor collects, and in the lists you pick from the popup or the LinkedIn panel. You can search and filter there, and export to CSV or Excel (XLSX) whenever you like.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Premium is self-serve: open Billing in your Mailsumo dashboard to change or cancel your plan, in a couple of clicks through Stripe’s customer portal.
