About Mail Finder

Mail Finder is a free email finder for Chrome. It finds people’s work email addresses from a name and a company, a company domain or a LinkedIn profile, and checks every address for deliverability before showing it, with a confidence score.

Who makes Mail Finder

Mail Finder is made and run by Mailsumo, which also makes Email Extractor and Mail Tracker. One Mailsumo account works across all of them: one sign-in, one invoice, and a bundle if you use more than one. Mailsumo is also the data controller for Mail Finder.

What Mail Finder does

• A “Find email” button on LinkedIn profiles that finds and copies a work address.
• Email lookup by name and company domain, and a company search by domain.
• Verification of every result at no extra cost, a confidence score on each address, and clear labels for catch-all domains and addresses that can’t be confirmed.
• Results saved to lists in the Mailsumo dashboard, exportable to CSV or Excel.
• 25 free lookups a month, and Premium by volume. A credit is spent only when an address is found.

How it treats your data

The extension stores only your access token. It reads a name and company from a LinkedIn profile only when you click “Find email”, and it never reads your browsing history or your email. The privacy policy lists what is stored and how to delete it, including how to have your own address removed from results.
