Terms of Service

By installing or using Mailfinder, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Mailfinder is a browser extension and web app that finds professional email addresses by company domain, by name, or from a LinkedIn profile, and checks them for deliverability. It is operated by Mailsumo (mailsumo.io), the trading name of Vincenzo.be SRL, rue Saint Joseph 14, 5332 Crupet, Belgium (VAT BE0842546552), and your account, credits, subscription and dashboard live there.

Acceptable use

• Use Mailfinder in compliance with all applicable laws and third-party terms.
• Do not use the addresses you find for spam or unlawful messaging. You are the sender, and anti-spam law applies to you.
• Use the results for business communication with the person concerned, not to compile directories for resale.
• Do not attempt to circumvent your credit allowance, resell lookups, or use the service to build a competing dataset.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the service or its infrastructure.

Credits, plans & billing

Lookups are metered in credits. One credit is spent for each address we find; a search that returns nothing is not charged. Free accounts receive 25 credits per month, and Premium 100, billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. Credits reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over. You can upgrade or cancel at any time through the customer portal; access continues until the end of the paid period, and charges already incurred are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

Accuracy

We verify every address against the receiving mail server before returning it and attach a confidence score, but deliverability can change at any time and some domains accept mail for every address regardless of whether a mailbox exists. Results are provided as our best determination, not as a guarantee that a message will arrive or be read.

Your data

What you do with the addresses you find is your responsibility. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer

The service depends on third-party data sources and on mail servers we do not control. We work hard to keep results accurate but do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any address, or uninterrupted availability. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mailsumo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
